Program Description
The Applied Economics Minor equips students with strong analytical and quantitative skills to address real-world economic and business challenges. Students gain hands-on experience applying economic theory, data mining, statistical methods, and econometric tools to problem-solving in applied contexts. Coursework emphasizes data analysis, interpretation, and decision-making using modern economic and quantitative approaches. Graduates are prepared for careers requiring data-driven analysis and are well-positioned to pursue advanced study in economics, business, or related fields.
