Program Description
The Minor in International Business helps students with majors in other fields obtain a valuable skill set in international business. The minor includes import/export management, international marketing, international finance, cross-cultural communications, business-level proficiency in a foreign language, international management, analytical thinking, and problem solving. Students will also be provided multiple opportunities to interact and network with industry partners through projects and internships. Graduates will be better prepared to enter the job market in a wide variety of industries such as: technology, manufacturing, marketing, financial services, healthcare, and supply chain. In addition, this minor will provide valuable international relations skills for those that wish to enter the US Foreign Service.
