Program Description
The Certificate in Operations Management gives graduates specialized skills in the analysis of how businesses manage processes to improve organizational functions. Graduates learn principles of scheduling, production, inventory management, quality management, lean processing, and other activities required for efficient organizational functions.Program Requirements

Graduation Requirements
- Completion of a minimum of 21 semester credits.
- Overall grade point average 2.0 or above with a minimum of 2.5 GPA in all Woodbury School of Business courses. No grade lower than a "C-" in core and specialization courses.
- Residency hours: minimum of 6 credit hours through course attendance at UVU.
