Program Description

The Sport Management Minor is a professional minor program focusing on management and administration within the sport industry. The minor provides students with a holistic program including general sport management concepts, strategic coaching/management, analytics, and organizational behavior. Students gain practical experience applied to sport management. Students who elect the Sport Management Minor typically enter the sport industry in entry-level positions within sport organizations at the youth, high school, intercollegiate, professional and Olympic levels.
