Program Description
The Surveying Technology, Undergraduate Certificate offers a pathway for individuals with a bachelor’s degree in related fields like Civil Engineering or Construction Management to complete coursework that meets the educational requirements for Professional Land Surveyor licensure in Utah. This program also prepares students without prior college credit for entry-level roles by developing practical skills in field and office tasks such as site and topographic surveys, boundary research, cartography, survey calculations, and legal property descriptions.
