Program Description
The Entertainment Design, AAS prepares students to become creative innovators skilled in imagining and shaping new realities. This interdisciplinary program covers concept development, character creation, storytelling, and environmental design, blending traditional art techniques with cutting-edge technology. Students develop expertise in character design, storyboarding, motion sequencing, and art direction, gaining the skills needed to craft engaging experiences for toys, games, comics, films, and immersive environments. Graduates are equipped to bring extraordinary, imaginative worlds to life across the entertainment industry.
Matriculation Requirements
Portfolio review required for students seeking the AAS in Entertainment Design (The Portfolio Review occurs after the required coursework is completed. Specific requirements are found on the department website.)
