The certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development provides students with a unique opportunity to prepare to enter the field of real estate with knowledge from the perspective of financing projects, brokering deals, borrowing and lending, as well as working with cities and local governments, architects, construction managers, and urban planners. Students will be prepared for careers in a variety of fields from real estate investment, development for urban planning, and construction management.

Graduation Requirements
1. Overall grade point average of 2.5 in all Woodbury School of Business courses and no grade lower than a C- in business courses.
2. Completion of GE and specified departmental requirements.
3. Residency hours- minimum of 5 credit hours through course attendance at UVU.
