The Air Force PT Program motivates all members to participate in a year-round physical conditioning program that emphasizes total fitness, to include proper aerobic conditioning, muscular fitness training, and healthy eating in order to pass the Air Force Fitness assessment in accordance with Air Force Instruction 36-2905. May be repeated for a maximum of 4 credits toward graduation.
